Shipping & Returns

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Purchase direct online by logging in / signing up.
  2. Call toll-free (833) 43-WORLD within the US to place your order.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  1. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) and Paypal. Please contact our office to make arrangements for any other payment method.
  2. For credit card payments, please make sure the card holder’s name, billing address, and zip code are exactly as listed on your credit card company’s file. Incorrect or incomplete information will delay your order.

TAXES:

Enviropackaging charges sales tax for non-resale items shipped within California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, Washington, and Wisconsin. We will gladly waive the sales tax for tax-exempted customers. Please fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate to 1-714-572-6747 or email it to accounting@enviropackaging.com

As legally mandated by the Board of Equalization, Enviropackaging is required by law to collect tax exemption permits (i.e food and/or reseller) at the point of sale to qualify for any tax exemption.

WARNING: If a transaction is processed without verifying tax exemption status, all refunds can ONLY be processed through the Board of Equalization. If your business qualifies as tax-exempt, please contact us at 1-714-528-2199 before purchasing online to have a representative create an online tax-exempt account.

SHIPPING:

  1. All prices are F.O.B. Brea, California or Portland, Tennessee.
  2. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be shipped.
  3. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding major holidays.
  4. All orders will receive a confirmation by telephone or email with tracking information for the shipment.
  5. All shipments will be carefully checked prior to delivery. Any incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or discrepancy of the order must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
  6. Enviropackaging will ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). Please contact our office if an alternate shipping method is required.
  7. Enviropackaging will drop ship orders anywhere within the United States upon request.
  8. Some of our products are drop shipped.

For California shipping, orders in by 3pm PST will Ship Same Day.

For Tennessee shipping, orders in by 2pm CST will Ship Same Day.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS:

At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Please plan ahead to make sure your deadlines are met and your products arrive on time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee and a $13 call tag fee on all returned products. No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. All items returned for exchange must be in their original package, free of markings, in a clean, resalable condition. Enviropackaging will not accept items that have been used, abused, mishandled, worn, or have any missing parts.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Customized merchandise and items sold at special discounted pricing cannot be returned or exchanged unless the products are defective or misprinted.
  5. The customer is responsible for all freight charges (to and from) for the returned items, including shipping costs.
  6. Return freight charges from refused and/or undeliverable shipments will be deducted from the total credit amount.
  7. There will be no cross shipping. Replacement items will not be shipped until the returned items are received.
  8. Please be aware that replacements are subject to availability.
  9. All returns and exchanges must follow the RMA procedures or will not be accepted. Please see RMA Procedures below for return merchandise instructions.
  10. Any returns that do not follow RMA procedures are subject to a $25 per case handling fee.
  11. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your item. Once we process your refund, it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card account.

RMA PROCEDURES:

  1. Please contact our office to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Returned items must be received within 10 business days of an RMA number originally issued.
  3. A copy of the original packing list must be included with the return package.
  4. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  5. Any returned products without an RMA number on the outside of the package, or if the RMA number is over 10 business days from the date it was originally assigned, then Enviropackaging has the right to refuse the shipments.
